Upon arrival client stated system was not heating master area and living room. Upstairs system was heating okay. Inspected system to find 2 zones controlling master and living room area not being called for by the thermostat and only the upstairs thermostat was calling for heat. Diagnosed bad eco bee thermostat and replaced with new. Also identified that the duct work is undersized for the 5 ton air handler that is matched with the 4 ton condenser. Made client aware to have 100 % comfort and better air flow for the master area that they want new duct work would be highly recommended to accommodate for the cubic feet of air per minute. System is now working to best of abilities

Brennan G Today I visited for the heat not working. Upon arrival I set the system to heating mode and within 20 minutes the indoor temperature increased from 70°- 72°. Both the heatpump and electric heaters are operating normally at this time. I suggested enrolling the system into our maintenance agreement so we can preform a cleaning and complete system inspection.

Brennan G Today I visited for the system not cooling. I discovered a popped 3a fuse inside the air handler. The thermostat was un installed and re installed without turning the power off and this is most likley what popped the fuse. After replacing the fuse, the equipment started functioning normally. We enrolled the system into our maintenance agreement.

Brennan G Today I visited for a re evaluation of the duct system and air quality concerns. We discussed multiple ways we can better increase the comfort and indoor air quality inside the home. Ultimately a complete duct system replacement and redesign is recommended for the best results. However due to cost and the amount of time expected to live in the home, Scott opted for a Duct Rejuvenation estimate. I provided the estimate for Scott and also preformed a basic maintenance while onsite.

Brennan G Today I visited for the compressor running louder than usual. The equipment is a 2006 5ton Trane system , uses r22. I preformed a complete inspection of the equipment and determined the change in the compressors pitch may likely just be due to age. However the equipment is also slightly low on refrigerant charge and may be causing the noise as well. I preformed a leak search and discovered the filter drier braze connection is leaking along with small leaks on the evaporator coil. There are multiple other concerns regarding the systems condition. We discussed repairs and replacement. I emailed pricing for both.88

Insulated stand falling apart likely due to sucking in hot humid garage air causing excessive humidity inside stand! Blower motor making a slight grinding noise possible bearing issue! Recommend replacement of stand and plenums up to current codes and warranty replacement of blower motor.

Brennan G Today I visited for the system not cooling. I discovered the compressor fan capacitor had failed and the contactor relay was burnt. Tad elected to have the faulty components replaced and the system is now cooling. We discussed enrolling the system into our maintenance agreement. Tad declined at this time. I suggested having us return in the spring to preform a pre summer maintenance.

Brennan G Today I visited for the system not cooling. I discovered the system is low on refrigerant 410a. I preformed a leak search and found the evaporator coil is leaking. The system is out of manufacture warranty and repairs are not recommended. Andrew elected to have the system topped off for temporary cooling. I added 3 lbs to get the system cooling again. I discussed with Andrew that since the leak is not repaired the refrigerant will leak back out and refilling the system is only a temporary fix. I emailed Andrew a system replacement estimate for review.

Needed Mason AC to come out and help trouble shoot why our system wouldn’t work after being off for a week during demo. The tech worked within my schedule needs and was friendly and knowledgeable through the whole process. Turned out to just have some loose wiring in the thermostat from our demo work and fixed and maintained the unit quickly. Happy customer!

Brennan G Today I visited for the system not cooling. I discovered the G wire in the thermostat was loose and the blower would not turn on. I Made the correction and the equipment is now cooling. I preformed a maintenance while onsite. The system is mostly clean. Slight dust build up on the blower wheel. May need to be pulled and cleaned next visit. I flushed the drain line and washed the condenser coil. The defrost board, condenser fan motor, and contact relay were all replaced by another company. I discovered the capacitor was slightly weak and the compressor was drawing 13RA. I was unable to tell from the account history if the maintenance agreement was still in effect or if ot is time to renew. I suggested Amanda call the office to renew the maintenance agreement.
