Need a new AC system for our home. Tory presented us with several options with varying price points. He was polite yet personal. He was well informed on the different systems he proposed and look forward to working with Mason Air.

The company is questionable when it comes to prompt and valuing the customers time. Had an original estimate scheduled for a certain time but they arrived later (1st hint). Scheduled repairs and was told that the part needed to be ordered. Notified part will arrive Friday. Tech will be out to you between 8 am and 10 am. On Monday I had to call the company to find out where my tech was. I was informed that he is running behind. New scheduled time 12 - 2 same day. Got a text message saying now between 1 and 2. Heard nothing until I got another text message from a tech saying he will be at my residence between 4:30 and 5 now. Called the office and informed them that I was no longer home and they need to reschedule. I had a conversation with Dawn who could only respond with “I apologize for your inconvenience!” Informed her that if the tech doesn’t show up as scheduled this time I will go with another company. Rescheduled for Wednesday morning. Office called saying tech will be there in :25 to :30 mins. Tech showed up :50 minutes later. Mike was the only hero in this. I informed Mike that I wanted to speak with the owner prior to paying once the work was completed. Owner only agreed to taking off 5% off the agreed price. I said to the owner “If you value my time at only 5%, I will take what I can get. Mike talked him to taking off $250!!! The tech is outstanding. The company is not!!

Service tech was professional and nice but showed up to appointment with insufficient tools and equipment in order to properly clean our dryer ductwork. Very disappointing as Mason was highly recommended on Angie's List as a specialist in cleaning Dryer ductwork.

Techs were polite and knowledgeable, and addressed our issues in no time! Very satisfied.

I have had an AC maintenance contract for two years that I feel was a good deal as my system had a slow refrigerant leak and was around ten years old and needed TLC. All the servicemen they sent every six months were knowledgeable, thorough, and very professional. The office reached out to me by text and email to schedule appointment slots and to know when they were en route. The day before my scheduled maintenance my ac stopped cooling at all. The technician told me it was completely out of refrigerant (a full filling takes five pounds at $100 each not counting repairing the leak once you locate them). I used to manage rental property and know that fixing leaks could end up also requiring replacing expensive components such as the compressor or cooling coils. And then often soon needing repairs to other parts as the system was getting old like a high mileage car. They got their heads together and gave me a reasonable price to replace the whole system of cooling, heating, and blower motor, with a higher energy efficiency rating. I agreed and they squeezed me in the very next day. The workers removed all the old and replaced it with brand new and left everything neat and clean like they found it. I’m pleased with their service

My technician was very attentive to our needs. He thoroughly examined our AC and explained the issue and options to improve our cooling. Though I'm not ready to pursue the cooling options, when I am ready I will definitely call Mason again

Tory showed up an hour late and messed up the billing so he had to call the next day to re-submit it. I wish he would lighten up on the aggressive sales pitch. He tries to sell us something every time. Our realtor happened to be there when Tory came over and even he commented on it. We need to just remember to always ask for Brad.

Brad came out for the 6-month maintenance service on my properties. He was very helpful by answering my questions, taking the time to fully explain how my AC system worked and educating me on the best way to care for its maintenance. He offered his objective advice based on his expertise and experience, which I appreciated. He was also friendly and pleasant. Thanks Brad!

Everybody I met (James, Bobby, Zach) did their best to give me a quality product and install. These guys all seemed to know their product and seemed dedicated to doing their best for me. I also like how the Wisetack loan connections were implemented. A very easy process. I would definitely recommend Mason to others.
