Air Conditioning System Repair Service: Upon inspection of the client's HVAC system, I identified a leaking evaporator coil header, which was causing refrigerant leaks and reduced cooling capacity. I promptly repaired the leak by welding the damaged portion of the coil header and pressure testing the system to ensure there were no further leaks. This restored the system's efficiency and prevented any further refrigerant loss.
Blew in 2 bags of insulation for kitchen area
Performed system maintenance. Found Dual Run Capacitor to be operating significantly below recommended operating range. Provided customer option to replace part

Cleaned duct work , and pulled and clean blower. Duct work is newer than unit B but still isn’t In the greatest shape. If anything I recommend a UV light to prevent further issues with dust and dirt , and a regular maintenance plan from us.

Recommend estimates on cleanings. Couldn’t get conditions for duct for unit B due to unit occupied , duct in A is poor but needs cleaning at least.

Completed maintenance on new install from us. Everything is in great condition and operating perfect. Only concern was whistling noise coming from AH, I added a layer of sticky tape around secondary drain ports and whistling has stopped. Only recommendation is a UV light to keep the cabinet in good shape to avoid any growth. First MACH was done today, planning to do second visit pre winter/fall as long as no issues arise.

Replaced all ducts that were accessible and cleaned rest that were not. Replaced all dirty ducts to vents , cleaned rest. Replaced plenum. Need to go back to mud drywall on our own time. Customer is cool about it and will keep in touch. Payment tomorrow via cc. Didn’t replace pass through ducts, they weren’t dirty.
Installed unit and outside unit. Everything is up to code. Also did duct inspection and noticed lots of growth in duct. Coming back Monday for full duct changeout. Inspection date TBD after duct job
