This estimate includes replacement of all existing ductwork including the addition of a second my supply in Florida room. Also includes installation of a hanging kit with new secondary drain pan, new condensate drain line plumbed to outside, removal of condensate pump, new safety switch for emergency pan, and new supply and return plenums properly installed on air handler! This estimate also includes a top off of insulation to R38 thickness. one year of Mach2 premium maintenance contract free of charge. Discounted price from owner is good until Monday 3/11/24

Duct work estimates

Performed system maintenance. Found visible tears in existing duct system. Appears a portion of it was replaced without adding mastic seal. Total of 5 runs that appears to be original to home. Supply Plenum tape coming loose as well as the return Plenum. (Duct work repair) also includes mastic sealing all connections. Indoor equipment does have abnormal amount of biological growth present at blower motor. Suggest to pull clean motor, disinfect cabinet and consider adding an ultra violet light.

No heat

Performed system maintenance. Found both thermostat fan set to run for 35 out of the hour. I believe this was causing the high humidity issue. Now the fan is set auto with zero run time. All other small parts and refrigerant pressures are normal.

Found contactor buzzing at heat kit. System does appear to have a water draining issue. Homeowner would like to wait for us to look into it.

Added hurricane straps to condenser

Found condenser not running when arrived at home. Upon inspecting equipment I found low voltage wire came loose. Re wired connection and system started operating. Observed system operate and everything appears to be in good working order. No charge for repair.

Found primary drain clogged again. Last couple of times we have been out for the drain line is clogged. Since we were just out for the same issue I waived clean and treat of the condensate line. Informed homeowner that if problem persist, we will have to charge for future visits regarding the existing drain line.

Moved condenser

Clogged drain cleared

Found system with water in primary drain line. Client has had this repeat issue after installation of new equipment. No build up present in line as I vacuumed out condensate line. Altered existing drain line and added condensate trap outside of home. System is now draining properly at this time.

Arrived to find that client had another company out for maintenance and stated client had bad biological growth inside system. Recommended replacement over repairs due to age and cost. Sent repair vrs replacement options to client

Arrived to find system in off position Turned system on to find indoor unit operational but condenser motor not Tested capacitor and replaced with new 45/5 System has high starting amps and a dirty return air filter Made client aware his system was 10 Years old and out of warranty and to be cautious on repairs

One room is not cooling properly. May need something done with the duct work. Need 2 12x12 filter back with filters and boots. Two 10 inch flex with four collars and two 10x8 in one way supply grills! Tall ladder needed and will need to flip mattress up from one of the beds to ch an he supply grille. See photos. Bring extra 10in and connector just in case and maybe 1Ox6 supply grilles also. Unable to reach to measure due to 8ft ladder not on truck
