Performed system maintenance. Found PVC pipe for drain askew this was causing the system to hold water and not drain properly. Re-adjusted PVC drain and system is draining properly at this time. All small parts and refrigerant pressures are proper at this time.

Re-adjusted drain line again. System has a hard time draining properly

Customer complaint of system having blank thermostat and system not being operational. Technician inspected the whole system. Diagnosed that drain line was not not draining correctly and caused the system to shut off. After further inspection technician removed p-trap on the outside portion of the drain. Drain line was fully flushed and cleaned. Adjusted drain line in the attic. Made sure that system is drain like it should. This is Hyperion Trane system and drain line is under positive pressure. Also removed 2 old non functioning thermostats. Main system thermostat is set for a 2 degree difference and is not able to lowered than 71 degrees. System was fully tested and further issues were found
