Arrived to find system with E18 Error code (outdoor control board failure) due to somehow misfired condenser. Had asked Mr Steve if system had been messed with but stated no one to his knowledge had been to home and messed with wiring. Desired condenser and ran charge mode to verify system was okay. All checks good with 18 degree temp split.

Return to install 16” supply and return to air handler Also relocate 10 supply to other side of home

Replaced both plenums. But air handler was severely poor. Unit was not Properly installed and causing bad water issues. Replacement was approved by customer deposit accepted

Quoted client for new 2 ton or 2.5 ton Heat pump package unit. Also quoted new duct system with insulation blow in due little to no insulation in attic and old metal duct design leaking water onto Sheetrock. Awaiting for client to have other quotes and make decision.

Inspected and quoted new duct system. Present duct system has been extremely damaged by rodents. Did not see any signs of rodents at this time. Sent quotes for client to view

James returned and confirmed duct system is ran correctly Also took temperature measurements with system in off position and took measurements while system was running and had sat temp at thermostat. All rooms are within . Degrees off of each other. Mrs. Genesis made me aware the issue with master room is more at night time and made her aware I believe the issue is due to no Heat load on home at night and the system isn’t turning off and on as much as it does during the day and may make room temp a little higher especially when body’s are present in room. Made client aware to lower temp a little at night for system to run a slight bit longer and can better control temp in that room. The air vent feeding that room will just about blow a hat off your head and I don’t believe an additional vent is needed.

Arrived and addressed clients concerns with temp in rooms and controlling system via phone Made mr crabtree aware that at least a door needed to be open to register the air in one of the rooms because he stated all doors was shut when he was experiencing the colder temps. Also assured proper calibration and adjusted humidity control on thermostat to. 50-60 Percent instead of 40-50. System now performing as designed and client is happy

Callback! Charge slightly off and tstat calibration off! Adjusted charge and calibration. Customer has a confirmed leak under slab which is contributing to the issues. Set overcool to max and told customer to call us back out to fine tune system after leak repaired! System operating normally now.

Task includes -Replacement of compressor start cap -Replacement of burnt compressor contactor Returned and replaced starting components to find compressor making a horrible noise. Compressor is pulling 83.9 excessively starting amps and is low on r-22. Made mrs Crawford aware of issues and that we do not carry r-22 due to r-22 is banned and can not charge system awaiting for further approval for replacement made aware we will not charge for the parts installed today if wishes to replace
