Replaced shorted thermostat and heat strip kit. Resealed both plenums! Rechecked and adjusted pitch and drainage of coil to primary pan! Resealed cabinet! Installed new UVC light and mounted above base side! Seems to be slowly drying out now! Will recheck in a week if not called out sooner for condensation issue! Install callback 4hrs!

Brennan G Today I visited and provided quotes for indoor air quality upgrades.

Performed 1 time maint Checked all electrical connections Cleared and treated drain line System is 4 almost 5 years old and has not been serviced Condenser coils are debris up pretty bad and was causing high head pressure faults. Blower wheel is filled with biological growth and air handler cavity. Can not see evaporator coil but I can assume from the blower wheel it needs cleaning as well but can only be done with duct reattached from system. Blower wheel needs to be pulled and cleaned. System has undersized duct work and is causing high static pressures and will eventually lead to catastrophic failures of the equipment. Made client aware and gave my solutions to prolong system life and efficiency in home. Cleaned condenser coils on site system needs other repairs to complete a thorough maint

Poor airflow from dirty filter cause freezing! Customer stated compressor has been noisy since day one and before we replaced evaporator coil they spent $400 a year on refrigerant recharges! Recommend replacement of compressor due to noise issue and running undercharged for 6 yrs! Unit still under warranty! Need to schedule with them! Compressor on will call at Trane Clearwater!

Arrived to find bad start cap for condenser Made client aware that whoever installed last cap put too big of one in system rated at a 45/5 and had a 45/7.5. The condenser motor is starting to spit the internal oil out of motor and is soon to go out. Also found extremely pitted contactor. System is 10yrs old and starting to show age! Client only wanted to proceed with min repair of start capacitor today. Checked system operation to find all working to best of abilities at this time.
