Gave client quotes on new 2.5 ton duct system Client may want system relocated in hall pantry if that happens we will need all new line set condensation pump and open stand. Brent line will need to extend the electrical circuit and supply a 120v circuit in new air handler closet. If client chooses to keep air handler in attic we will need to abandon the 2 wall returns and have a new 20x20 cut in ceiling hallway by T stat. Came out for a system maintenance upon arrival customer system was not working what happened to the attic and found a trip float switch when I knocked a little bit of water out a machine turn right back on. I went to clear the drain line and nothing came out and at the at the air handler, you could hear Air whistling through the condensate liner, so it is not clogged up. Customers machine is cooling properly at this time.

Came out because customer had their maintenance guy from the condo complex come over and look at their unit. They said that the customer had a leaking pan under the coil when I got there. I found unit leaking water under the machine the cost to repair that is not worth it with the age being 17 years old Recommended the customer replaces the machine need to get with the owner of the complex in the morning to see about if we’re gonna need a lift and when we can get this done also the homeowner needs to be able to get one of the rooms freed up so we can see the breaker box

No cooling, blower and condenser not coming on. Found broken and brittle wiring in blower compartment on circuit board. Got approval from client to repair wiring. Repaired all wiring and cycled and tested system., Check refrigerant levels, all electrical components and amps. Found Weak outdoor capacitor, compressor had high start up amps, and contactor is burnt and pitted. Gave client solutions for issues with system, however, system is 17 years old and recommend replacing due to age and cost of repairs. Performed tuneup on AC system. Rinsed indoor and outdoor coil, checked temperatures, checked static pressure, checked air filter, inspected blower wheel, cleaned and flushed drain line, checked refrigerant pressures, inspected all major and minor electrical components. Found air leakage in supply Plenum where supply flex runs tap into, evaporator coil is very dirty, and full of biological growth, blower cavity has biological gross buildup, there is no surge protection on system, compressor has high startup amps, and condenser fan motor is over amping. Gave client solutions for issues with system, however, system is 5 years old and recommend recommended replacing due to condition and cost of repairs. Client needs to discuss all options with spouse and will get back to us. System is operating OK at this time, signed client up for annual membership.

Came out for machine, not cooling properly upon arrival found clogged drain line. We were out there recently and did not clear the drain line at all. There was a bunch of sludge and slime caked in the drain line. Treated drain line and got customer up and running, triple checked, and double flushed it to make sure it was working properly before leaving customer customer is satisfied and happy before leaving machine is operational.

No cooling, thermostat was blank due to a tripped float switch. Tested drain line, water is running freely down, drain with the fan off. When the fan comes on, it’s pulling back in water. Getting error code on Daikin mini split which indicates airflow issue. Blower wheel is extremely dirty. Gave client options to clean blower assembly in evaporator coil as well as install a mini split UV light. Client approved recommendations. Need to schedule to come back out with mini split bib And pressure washer as well as the UV light strip. After system is thoroughly cleaned and UV light is installed, need to go through diagnostics to determine if there’s any other issues with the system. Client signed up for annual membership for mini split system as their second unit.

I really liked James Renfroe, he came out after hours to check on my AC because none else would. After coming out we decided I needed a nice AC and he held the price for me for a few days before I made my decision. He even worked with me on the price, all around great guy. The two men that came out did a fast, quick and quite job, I have no problems with them. Where it kind of fall apart is with the office, they never send me any of the paperwork for my unit that I need to file a rebate with my electric company.
