Gave client quotes on new 2.5 ton duct system Client may want system relocated in hall pantry if that happens we will need all new line set condensation pump and open stand. Brent line will need to extend the electrical circuit and supply a 120v circuit in new air handler closet. If client chooses to keep air handler in attic we will need to abandon the 2 wall returns and have a new 20x20 cut in ceiling hallway by T stat. Supply air duct will be replaced with either option he chooses

Diagnostic completed. Client reports system stopped cooling and portions of refrigerant circuit frozen. Client provided pictures of frozen lineset. Inspected system and found blower operating well under expected speed and vibrating intermittently. Blower failed. Significant growth in air handler. Discussed need to replace blower motor, advised of growth and recommended enrollment in maintenance program. Provided estimate for recommendations, client chose to pursue full repair. Motor collected and replaced at time of service, ultraviolet system installed. System reactivated with 17° delta. Balance collected via cc.

No cooling, compressor not pumping refrigerant. Compressor is bad, system is 17 years old and recommend replacing due to age. Give client estimate to replace AC system. Client is gathering other estimates and will make a decision by Monday.

Diagnostic completed. On arrival found system active but thermostat reading internal temperature over 80°f. Performed system inspection and found condensate present in flood switch housing. Refrigerant levels low but above freezing point and low pressure shutoff. Recommended client begin regular service program, which would allow waiver of flush fee. Client accepted. Located exterior condensate line and began flush. Used vacuum and chemicals to purge line. On reactivation, system produced 18° temperature drop. Client requests to pay invoice online, payment link sent with invoice. No further action necessary at this time.

Inspection completed. On arrival discussed agenda for todays service, client informed maintenance to be rescheduled due to ongoing renovations but they would like ducting inspected due to suspected pest damage. Bathroom does not cool to clients satisfaction and off-putting odor persistent in home. On inspecting ducting found what is likely original trunkline from when home was retrofitted with HVAC system. Significant air leakage into attic space could be felt at access. Visible damage to ducting. Little to no insulation in attic. Discussed client plans for property, which is to be made a rental property, and available options. Advised client of system age and expected lifespan. At client request, drafted estimates for complete replacement of HVAC system and ducting as well as attic insulation. Discussed financing options available. Came out for a system maintenance upon arrival customer system was not working what happened to the attic and found a trip float switch when I knocked a little bit of water out a machine turn right back on. I went to clear the drain line and nothing came out and at the at the air handler, you could hear Air whistling through the condensate liner, so it is not clogged up. Customers machine is cooling properly at this time.

Came out because customer had their maintenance guy from the condo complex come over and look at their unit. They said that the customer had a leaking pan under the coil when I got there. I found unit leaking water under the machine the cost to repair that is not worth it with the age being 17 years old Recommended the customer replaces the machine need to get with the owner of the complex in the morning to see about if we’re gonna need a lift and when we can get this done also the homeowner needs to be able to get one of the rooms freed up so we can see the breaker box

Came out because customers condenser wasn’t turning on, upon arrival found machine was not receiving 240. Checked breaker found that the contractor at the customers house is doing electrical work and had it turned off. Machine is working and cooling upon leaving

Came out because customer had another company there earlier today and told him their compressor was bad and felt the price was a little too high. The other company quoted them $825. Our price ended up being almost triple that customer is going with other company

No cooling, blower and condenser not coming on. Found broken and brittle wiring in blower compartment on circuit board. Got approval from client to repair wiring. Repaired all wiring and cycled and tested system., Check refrigerant levels, all electrical components and amps. Found Weak outdoor capacitor, compressor had high start up amps, and contactor is burnt and pitted. Gave client solutions for issues with system, however, system is 17 years old and recommend replacing due to age and cost of repairs. Client needs to talk to son about replacement of system and will get back to us.

AC Repairs: I improved airflow and extended the system’s life by disassembling the blower assembly, cleaning dust buildup, realigning the fan, and replacing worn bearings.

Summertime AC Maintenance Service: I performed a seasonal tune-up, which included cleaning the outdoor condenser coils, tightening loose electrical connections, and inspecting refrigerant levels. This proactive maintenance helped prevent mid-summer breakdowns and improved cooling performance.

Client move forward with solution#4. Need to install new supply Plenum and reconnect. All supply runs and seal with tape and mastic. Also need to replace condenser fan motor, which is on order, install hard start kit, and pull and clean evaporator coil. Scheduled for Thursday, July 3.

There was a dead frog shorted onto outdoor PCB board. Replaced board, cycled and tested system. All operations OK at this time.

Came out for the machine not working correctly. The customer just had their machine changed from their mothers so they got recommended upon arrival. Customers machine was working. Customer cleaned out the drain line. I double checked before I left that I was draining correctly and customer is cooling

I’m out because customer system wasn’t cooling upon arrival. A customer had already cleaned out drain line, but wanted me to check to make sure it was completely cleaned out while checking found machine is oversized outside and undersized inside. Sold customer membership to make sure machine will run good in the future or in case the possibility of having to replace

Performed tuneup on AC system. Rinsed indoor and outdoor coil, checked temperatures, checked static pressure, checked air filter, inspected blower wheel, cleaned and flushed drain line, checked refrigerant pressures, inspected all major and minor electrical components. Found air leakage in supply Plenum where supply flex runs tap into, evaporator coil is very dirty, and full of biological growth, blower cavity has biological gross buildup, there is no surge protection on system, compressor has high startup amps, and condenser fan motor is over amping. Gave client solutions for issues with system, however, system is 5 years old and recommend recommended replacing due to condition and cost of repairs. Client needs to discuss all options with spouse and will get back to us. System is operating OK at this time, signed client up for annual membership.

Came out for machine, not cooling properly upon arrival found clogged drain line. We were out there recently and did not clear the drain line at all. There was a bunch of sludge and slime caked in the drain line. Treated drain line and got customer up and running, triple checked, and double flushed it to make sure it was working properly before leaving customer customer is satisfied and happy before leaving machine is operational.

-Clean blower assembly and evaporator coil on mini split unit -install mini split UV light System still not working after blower was cleaned, need to replace indoor and outdoor PCB board getting a U4 error code on mini split. No cooling, thermostat was blank due to a tripped float switch. Tested drain line, water is running freely down, drain with the fan off. When the fan comes on, it’s pulling back in water. Checked airflow, found clogged air filter in system. Replaced air filter, cycled and tested unit. Tested drain. System is online and working Good at this time.

Getting error code on Daikin mini split which indicates airflow issue. Blower wheel is extremely dirty. Gave client options to clean blower assembly in evaporator coil as well as install a mini split UV light. Client approved recommendations. Need to schedule to come back out with mini split bib And pressure washer as well as the UV light strip. After system is thoroughly cleaned and UV light is installed, need to go through diagnostics to determine if there’s any other issues with the system. Client signed up for annual membership for mini split system as their second unit.

Sealed supply plenum where it was leaking. Plenum needs 50%-100% replaced starting with the foundation where it attaches to air handler

Discovered drain line was clogged. Advised customer that the building's main drain could end being the issue but we wouldn't know until we clean the pvc attached to his AC system.
