Leaking plenums both supply and return also minor duct leakage at boot connection next door in 8a? Instead of replacing all the ductwork replacement of supply and return plenums connecting to AH and re attachment/resealing ductwork connections should stop the issue of over condensation and cabinet sweating. Box board plenums are old an should have been replaced at the time of install at an additional cost. Sealing with mastic can be attempted but new is better option.
Resealed return plenum to AH. No leak at this time but possibly source for condensation. Suction line and drain no sign of leaks. No charge callback!
Found water dripping from emergency pan.
Upon further inspection found bad thermostat sending signal to outdoor unit continually, this cause the compressor and fan indoor unit is off. This caused system to freeze over and therefore couldn't shut down with emergency float.
