I am absolutely thrilled with the exceptional service provided by Mason Air Conditioning. After consulting with 7 different HVAC companies and encountering various issues, including broken waterlines caused by two of them, I was at a loss. One persistent problem was a room consistently warmer than the rest of the house, despite multiple opinions stating it couldn't be rectified. However, Mason Air proved otherwise. They not only enlarged the supply running to that room but also adjusted the boot, resulting in uniform temperatures throughout my home. It's truly indescribable how relieved and delighted I am with this outcome. While Mason Air wasn't the lowest quote, but was reasonable considering the extensive duct system replacement that was undertaken plus they topped off my insulation in the attic. Now, every corner of my house receives consistent airflow, vastly improving the overall comfort level. I cannot praise Mike and Mike enough for their tireless dedication. Talk about two FloridaMen you want working on your home. Their relentless work ethic, evident from the moment they arrived until the job's completion, was remarkable. They worked diligently without breaks, demonstrating a level of commitment that far exceeded my expectations. In conclusion, choosing Mason Air was undoubtedly the right decision. The quality of their workmanship has transformed my ductwork, eliminating any future need for a larger AC unit. With every supply run and boot meticulously sealed with mastic, I now have peace of mind knowing that my system operates at optimal efficiency.

On 3Nov23 Mr Brad came for free Tune up and provided a nice service. He was on time, introduced himself, he was kind and professional and explained the tune up and was open to any question. Great service! Thank you.

A rather easy job of replacing UV bulbs in A/C was informative as Tech Brad showed me where bulb is located and job it is doing keeping inside of handlers free of nasty stuff.

James came and identified himself; he was nice and professional: he identified the problem, explained it to us, he suggested maintenance options service today. We selected the best option given and he was able to fix it. He provided good recommendations. This company has great customer service.

We ran a few quotes through different companies, but Mason AC stayed on our mind when we were ready to make a decision. When James came out, he took his time explaining all of the available options we had and provided multiple reasonable/affordable quotes and sold us with his professional approach. After making the decision to move forward, Daniel worked with us closely to get us on the calendar and were provided constant updates regarding the process and timelines, they did not miss a beat. The team lead by Zack came out and in under a day had our new system up and running, in under 3 days the team (Zack-Nick& Bobby) replaced all of our duct work and were able to keep the AC cooling the house at the same time. Very professional from office staff to technician

My ac stopped working last night, one of the techs helped me troubleshoot the problem via text after hours when he wasn’t on call, they came out today and found the problem which luckily was covered under the unit’s warranty, amazing and trustworthy company that goes far beyond simply working on ac units and truly makes you feel valued and appreciated. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

My AC stopped working over the weekend, they were able to make it out within 1-2 hours from when I called in and had me up and running in no time. No one I trust more to handle my AC needs.
