Arrived to find thermostat set to 75 but 81 inside home and nothing running Inspected system to find clogged condensate line that had over flown into secondary pan in attic triggering float switch in pan. Verified Freon pressures and total operation to find the compressor outside to very close to running run load amps that manufacturer does not want to exceed. Made client aware of findings and that she may start to see higher electric bills or worse catastrophic failure to compressor. Client in fact stated she has been experiencing higher electrical bills. Cleared and treated drain line and pan and removed water from pan in attic space. Sent recommendations to client via email.

Update 2/20/24 arrived to address noise issue with customer and no response from customer at residence or by multiple attempts to reach by phone and text. Need to reschedule
