This is the second time we've had Mason Air come out and do maintenance. Nick was very friendly and respectful. He explained what he was doing in the process. Meticulous and not in a hurry. During the process he found the current capacitor was not the right one. He again provided explanation and we had the capacitor switched. The switch seemed to have an immediate effect in the system. I'm sticking with Mason Air and I would recommend Mason Air.

The best experience ever with an AC company! Tory came out as a second opinion and provided me with a very thorough estimate. He explained everything perfectly and was able to provide a new unit at an affordable price.The technicians were amazing!! They answered my many questions with patience and professionalism and worked hard from the time they arrived that morning until the time they left the first night after 7pm. They arrived the next morning and again worked nonstop until the job was completed, even going above and beyond to relocate the new unit. I couldn't be happier with the overall service, value and integrity of the entire team.

Absolutely thrilled with the service from Mason Air Conditioning! Nick Zonta, our maintenance man, was phenomenal. He took the time to explain everything clearly, thoroughly cleaned our AC unit, and even checked the attic to ensure everything was in top shape. Highly recommend for their professionalism and meticulous attention to detail! 5 stars all the way!

I called Mason Air Conditioning on Wednesday (4/17/24) about no a/c. They not only came out the same day but there was no service charge! They were able to get the parts and were back two days later and did the installation. In less than two hours the system was working and cooling our home! The technician, Michael Stevenson, was great. Mason sent him and another tech to ensure the installation went quickly because we were having guests arrive in the late afternoon. Mason might not be the least expensive but their Customer Service is outstanding!! Thanks again to everyone on the Mason Air Conditioning team!!
