Today 23Aug2024 Mr james from Mason AC came to check our AC and decompressed the tubes and lines of the unit. Gave me some good tips on filters. His work was A+ and very much appreciated. He came inmediately after I called Danielle who is also very kind.always.On 03July2023, James from Mason came to assist with a water issue coming out of AC. He identified it, explained and fixed it. He also gave us some recommendations. Great service. He offered the best maintenance option which was chosen. Thank you. This company has a wonderful customer service. On 10-10-22 Zack and Bobby from Mason Air Conditioning did an extraordinary job. They nicely introduced themselves and explained what they would be doing. They did not stop working on both areas and installed a brand new unit. They were super nice, kind and professional answering all my questions. Great team of employees and this speaks to management. The four people I have been in touch with have been extremely responsive, kind and provided amazing customer service. I will continue working with this company and will recommend them. From the initial phone call, to scheduling, and service; this company was straight forward and prompt with customer service. Mike and his associate Riley were professional, hard working , and even cleaned up when they were done working for 8+ hours in the hot Florida heat. The pricing was also more than fair. I would recommend Mason Air to anyone I know. This is a stand alone 5 star company from top to bottom.

Had an issue with my ac unit and had someone to my house within an hour of calling. James was very meticulous and informative while working on my unit and was a pleasure to deal with. Definitely will keep his card for in the future and would recommend any friends or family to call for service if they are in need of hvac work.

Are there any rebates on new AC Installations for my home near Clearwater, FL?

Rebates and tax credits depend heavily on the size (tonnage), brand and SEER. FPL does offer a year-round rebate on two to five-ton units that are 14 – 19+ SEER. Certain units are eligible for tax credits, based on governmental regulations. Occasionally, certain manufacturers will advertise instant mail-in rebates, too!
