Performed system inspection. Found system to have clogged drain line and to be tripped at safety float switch. Cleaned drainline and returned system to normal cycling at this time. Majority of the vents in home were closed restricting cool airflow, adjusted vents when unit returned to normal operation

Arrived to find system low on r-410a again. Checked all joints from Initial install to find 3/4 copper connection at condenser leaking. Pumped system down and repaired leak. Pressure tested and pulled 500 micron vac. Released charge and set fan speed accordingly. Charged system to manufacture specs and assured proper functions. All working as designed at this time.

Upon arrival found clogged drain line Blew pipe out with compressed air and followed with vacuuming line due to amounts of biological slim in drain pan. Flushed with cleaner and gallons of water to assure proper flow and watched system drain on its own. Client was not comfortable paying via phone as will mail check in. Client needs to mail check to 8999 66th ct suite 102 Pinellas park,fl 33782. Offered maintenance membership but client denied at this time.

Performed system maintenance. Customer expressed lack of airflow from system and cleans coil regularly of landscape clippings. Conducted extensive coil cleaning and found package unit ductwork to be sealed poorly/improperly. Provided option to reinforce and seal ductwork to prevent further lack of airflow.

System operating normally! Delta T is 19-20 degrees F! Likely thermostat was reading incorrectly due to being loose on wall! Secured thermostat to wall and temp read correctly. Recommend tuneup and refrigerant charge adjustment!

Quoted client r-38 insulation blow in While inspecting attic found that the air duct system has been accumulating moisture and has biological growth accumulating. Made client aware and that we can take care of both issues. Gave quote for both and awaiting for any further approval.

Arrived to find bad starting component for condenser We had just replaced this 55/5 starting component on previous maintenance. Replaced under warranty and checked system operation to find system pulling excessive starting amps on compressor of 118.3. Manufacturer only wants 112 at max. Made client aware that the compressor is showing signs of eventual failure. Installed compressor start assist to eliminate hard starting amps? Managed to get amp draws down to 95 upon start up which is well below manufacturer recommendation. System performing to best of ability and draining as designed. Task includes -installing compressor start assist to alleviate all starting amp stress

Upon arrival client stated they had removed the safety switch to allow system to run. Inspected system to find some water in float switch port Cleared and treated drain line and flushed with 2 gallons of water Made clients aware that upstairs neighbor more than likely needs there drain l8ne clear due to them sharing a line and what I had pulled from theirs today did not seem like anything to plug l8ne No charge warranty

Unit was running and cooling. Pressures are spot on and sub cool 11/10. Recommended to re do the duct work as only 2 12” ducts feed whole house. Customer is interested in a full duct changeout And will reach out to us

On arrival unit was completely frozen inside and outside. I defrosted all ice and restarted unit and put my gauges on and checked the split. The sub cool was 11 out of 10 and the split was a perfect 20°. Need to follow up and see what is causing ice to form as I was there. no ice started to form and was present. Could be possible TXV issue or motor issue. Previous unit did not have any issues of ice. Also have a water issue every other month they have to suck it out,

Found no active leak or dripping from the coil or in the return box stand. See attached video. However, did notice front of unit at box stand by filter. Door panel was not sealed and insulation for line set on suction line was pulled back and exposing approximately 1/2 inch of suction line to attic hot air in the garage. Repositioned insulation to completely cover suction line and sealed bottom of unit in the front with foil tape and spray glue. Customer felt the charge for the warranty blower motor was excessive however after talking with him, he seem to have no issues with the company. No charge to the customer today.

Investigated system to find unit not draining as designed due to no p trap on drain line. Also found screen sock on outside drain to prevent things from going up pipe but was actually holding sediment in line and also creating a clog. Made client aware and cleared drain free of charge and also signed client up for maintenance plan. Need to schedule soon for first visit of cleanings

Found system with clogged primary drain line. With water present in over flow (emergency pan). Evaporator coil is heavily rusted out. Clean and treat only at this time. Made the client aware that we cleaned drain to the best of our ability. If problem persist suggest replacement.

Upon arrival client stated system was not cooling Inspected system to find air handler running as well as condenser fan motor. Compressor was not operating due to bad starting cap Replaced and tested system operation to find extremely high starting amps on compressor. Made wife aware of findings and that system is performing to the best of its abilities. Called husband that was not on site and made aware and he wanted estimates sent to him for system replacements.

Callback! Alight undercharge when arrived! Pressures from last visit to not relatively the same but my subcool was only 0.1F added about 1lb R410a and everything jumped to where it should! Now cooking with a subcool around 11F and customer very happy! Schedule a follow up to recheck pressures and verify in one week!

Thank you for the prompt response and your tech visit. My call was related to the thermal insulator missing on top of a large portion of a room. The access and visibility of that area is blocked by ducts from the point used by techs for observation. So, I hope there will be a follow-up.
