Found both Float Switches at indoor AHU’s to be dry with no signs of leaks or overflow in emergency pans. Cleaned and treated exterior drain line and removed buildup from condensate line. Thermostat was cooling to desired temp. Found no other present issues at this time. Invoice emailed (commercial) Cleaned and treated drainline on service call to prevent system from further issues
Service Call Found Trane system not cooling. Last time was out charged this equipment up as included with Rheem system repair. Suggest to replace part.
Found system with very little charge. only holding 20psi. System holds approximately 8-10 lbs including line set. Suggest to evacuate charge, repair leak located in condenser, pull vacuum, recharge system to manufacturer specs.
Performed system maintenance. Found System(s) to be both be operating at optimal levels at this time. Provided options for membership maintenance plan. Customer is going to review options before payment. (Commercial property)

Likely leak found at service valve core! Appt set for tomorrow afternoon to replace cores, pressure test and refill! Electronic leak search did NOT find any leaks.
No cool/diag Found them system operating with low refrigerant charge. Suggest to adjust the refrigerant and perform a leak search. After adjusting refrigerant charge found evident leak present at pressure switch inside condenser.
Replaced Teflon seal in coil connector recharged and tested appears to be holding and system cooling now!
Repaired four leaks pressure testing system applied vacuum and recharged unit is up and running set follow up for 3 months to recheck pressures
New leak in suction line in a different connection than one previously repaired. Scheduled for repair Thursday morning 8-12
Found system operating with low refrigerant charge. This is causing evaporator to drip water and not making it to evaporator pan. After adjusting the refrigerant charge found leak present at evaporator coil. System is under warranty. Part is on back order, check back with Carrier in a week.
Install callback micro leak at condenser! Fixed and recharged by weight!
No charge callback. Clogged drain unable to completely clear with vacuum and pressure from bothe ends and both directions. Customer is going to try draino and vacuum over the weekend. May need to replace pipe or install pump
Cleaned evaporator coils, injected dye(no immediate leak found), pressures good at this time. Schedule tuneup in 3months to recheck leak source.

Unit keeps freezing has had it off 2 days - fan doesnt run
