Inspected entire duct system to find upstairs worse than the 3 registers downstairs Client requested quotes for both upstairs duct system replacement and a mini split for downstairs

2nd opinion on carrier infinity! Tests confirm that the inverter board is bad! Recommend replacing both boards in condenser and system replacement options given!

System operating on arrival! Customer educated on function of overflow safety switch related to thermostat errors. Customer elected to vaccum drain himself! No charge callback.
Performed system maintenance. Found system operating with low refrigerant charge. Performed a leak search over entire indoor and outdoor equipment with no leaks found. System is only a couple years old. Suggest replacing the refrigerant line set and adjust refrigerant charge. Operating with low refrigerant or a leaking line set can cause irreversible damage to the new equipment.
AC Replacement for one unit that no longer works -Home has 2 systems. Ductwork needs to be cleaned - estimate for both the duct cleaning and new installation.
