Found duct system in poor shape falling apart and eaten in a lot of places Client had concerns system was not cooling properly. Investigated system to find low on r410a. System is 10 years old and has no warranty. Advised client that replace,ent would be highly recommended due to age and cost. Gave client quote 9n new 5 ton system and duct replacement

Found system off due to tripped float switch Drain was back up, cleared and treated drain Line System is back up and running at a 18 degree differential. Keep filters clean to prevent any cooling issues

Arrived and tested entire system Return air filter is completely plugged causing system to work harder and to run longer. Found system to be slightly under charge due to most likely when we installed system it was cooling season and fine tuning was done today. Also noticed in sons room client had complaints with the tv in the room was putting off 82-95 degrees while system was at idle. When the tv is in use will prob highly increase the load causing room to be extremely uncomfortable. Made client aware he had to jump on a call when I was wrapping up job will keep me informed after all issues I have made him aware is addressed on his part

Installed high voltage to breaker in air handler. Original Condenser high voltage whip was already 10G wire but we still replaced it with a new 10G whip and romex

Worked on cutting in 4 return grills and ordering all grills for the house

Performed tuneup on AC system. Inspected indoor and outdoor coils, flushed drain line, replaced air filter, inspected blower wheel, checked temperatures, checked static pressure, checked refrigerator, pressures, inspected all major and minor electrical components. Upon arrival found broken drain line due to the last hurricane, there is no surge protection on system, disconnect box has been damaged from the last hurricane, and compressor has very high startup amps. Gave client solutions for issues with system. Client chose to have all work completed. Repaired drain line with P-trap outside, installed new disconnect box with surge protector, installed surge protector at air handler in attic, and installed hard star kit to reduce compressor startup amps. Cycled and tested system, all operations OK at this time.

Brennan G Today I visited to inspected the duct system after damage from rodents was discovered. I preformed and Inspection and found the entire duct system is compromised and will need to be replaced. I provided an estimate to replace the duct system and blow in all new insulation. While onsite i also preformed the 1st maintenance visit. I cleared the drain line , disinfected the air handler , deep cleaned the condenser. The systems electrical components and refrigerant levels are within specs. The equipment is operating normally at this time.

Brennan G Today I visited for a system maintenance. The equipment is clean and operating normally at this time. I cleared the drain line , verified the filters are clean, and vacuumed leaves out of the condenser Due to the weather , I did not open the outside electrical cabinet or check the refrigerant levels. However based on suction line temperature we determined the refrigerant levels are within the proper range. The system is operating normally at this time.

Client is looking to replace AC system. Left client three options, client is gathering other estimates and will make a decision by the end of next week.

Upon arrival client stated system was not heating master area and living room. Upstairs system was heating okay. Inspected system to find 2 zones controlling master and living room area not being called for by the thermostat and only the upstairs thermostat was calling for heat. Diagnosed bad eco bee thermostat and replaced with new. Also identified that the duct work is undersized for the 5 ton air handler that is matched with the 4 ton condenser. Made client aware to have 100 % comfort and better air flow for the master area that they want new duct work would be highly recommended to accommodate for the cubic feet of air per minute. System is now working to best of abilities

Brennan G Today I visited for the heat not working. Upon arrival I set the system to heating mode and within 20 minutes the indoor temperature increased from 70°- 72°. Both the heatpump and electric heaters are operating normally at this time. I suggested enrolling the system into our maintenance agreement so we can preform a cleaning and complete system inspection.
Needed Mason AC to come out and help trouble shoot why our system wouldn’t work after being off for a week during demo. The tech worked within my schedule needs and was friendly and knowledgeable through the whole process. Turned out to just have some loose wiring in the thermostat from our demo work and fixed and maintained the unit quickly. Happy customer!
