Maintenance completed. On arrival client reports loud condenser operation. Inspected system and noted sound originating at aftermarket fan motor. System flooded in last year's storms, client purchased system restoration from third party but significant components appear to have been replaced outside high voltage contactor. Motor may fail. Performed full system maintenance, performing checks of all system components. Condenser coil rinsed and drain flushed. Found condensate trap turned to the side, effectively removing trap from line. Discussed necessity of maintaining condensate line and ensuring trap in correct orientation, advising that condensate overflows can lead to costly secondary repairs. Hermetic capacitor performing below it's rated tolerance and is showing signs of wear, replacement is recommended. Provided discount to part replacement with renewal of maintenance agreement. Came out for a customer concerns about his blower motor, blowing too hard and creating too much humidity found blower motor set to speed four put it down to speed three to text me or call me within the week to see if it has gotten better. Customer is cooling good before leaving and checking over both machines inside and out.

Came out for machine dripping through the ceiling upon arrival found drain line clogged and drywall dripping cleaned out drain line and treated it got drain line flowing nicely. Need to reschedule with the office for a drywall guy to come out and redo the drywall.

No cooling, getting 240 V to air handler, no voltage coming out of transformer. System uses obsolete transformer, need to replace with exact transformer as well as replace circuit board. There was a power surge, and it blew out the circuit board and transformer. Supply house is closed at this time need to get pricing and availability of parts and schedule with client tomorrow morning..

Water leaking from air handler. Found float switch lifted up and not able to catch water to shut system down. Drain line is severely clogged and there is biological growth build up inside air handler. Existing UV light is burnt out. Advised client to have drain line flushed out and cleaned, install an in-line drain cleaner, and replace bold UV light with a newer updated version. Client agreed to recommendations. Cleaned out and flushed drain line, installed in-line drain cleaner, and replaced UV lamp system. Cycled and tested system, checked refrigerant pressures. All operations OK at this time.

Fan blade is re attached and not going anywhere this time. Ordered a new fan blade for customer at gemaire clearwater. Also found a dead lizard behind control board that fried the comman connection from the C contactor spade to the C thermostat wire spade. So I just jumped common in order to engage the contactor, all other connections on board are good. System cooling

Found duct system in poor shape falling apart and eaten in a lot of places Client had concerns system was not cooling properly. Investigated system to find low on r410a. Arrived and tested entire system Return air filter is completely plugged causing system to work harder and to run longer. Found system to be slightly under charge due to most likely when we installed system it was cooling season and fine tuning was done today. Also noticed in sons room client had complaints with the tv in the room was putting off 82-95 degrees while system was at idle. When the tv is in use will prob highly increase the load causing room to be extremely uncomfortable. Made client aware he had to jump on a call when I was wrapping up job will keep me informed after all issues I have made him aware is addressed on his part

Needed Mason AC to come out and help trouble shoot why our system wouldn’t work after being off for a week during demo. The tech worked within my schedule needs and was friendly and knowledgeable through the whole process. Turned out to just have some loose wiring in the thermostat from our demo work and fixed and maintained the unit quickly. Happy customer!
