System estimate
Technician performed full system maintenance. Inspected all electrical connections and components. Fully cleaned and flushed drain line. Removed batteries out of thermostat due to it being hardwired into the unit. Checked compressor and fan motor amperage draw. Checked refrigerant charge. Refrigerant pressures are fairly high due to condenser being in a very poor condition. Condenser coil is deteriorating and causing system to run inefficiently and using more energy when is running. Due to the age and condition of the system it is highly recommended to consider replacing it with a newer and more efficient system. Customer signed up for a yearly maintenance plan.
