Returned and adjusted fan speed Before doing so only had 80 cfm existing vents After adjustment and with tech support I now have 100-160 cfm out of all vents with both zones open. Advised client if this does not fix issue will need to disable the smaller zones size invest in mini split and keep the 5 ton exisiting system to control the operational side of office

Arrived to find drain tube stuck in ground outside Client has had issues in past performed today’s visit as courtesy

Out for system, not turning on found problematic float switch with no water and drain line bypassed the problem got machine up and running need to go over a customer with options because the tenant says machine is not keeping up throughout the day

Arrived to find system running and client stating that system runs 14 plus hours a day and doesn’t dehumidify well even with separate dehumidifier attached to system. Investigated system to find 18SEER inverter low in r-410A. Found leak in evaporator coil and made property manager aware. Advised that filters need to be changed and service plan. Client agreed to replacement of evaporator coil and I agreed to a membership plan and filter change per maintenance visit for the total signed off on today. Charged system with Freon to get by until I can return with new coil. Will let client know in am available times to have replaced. System now cooling as designed with 48 degree exiting air and 68 degree return air

Came out to house to find no one at home Called client let me in on side in garage and wanted to add mini split to garage that he is converting to game room. Sent quote for not only a mini split application to be installed but to adjust the breaker panel due to not enough room in panel for another 240 v breaker. Awaiting for further approval

Customer drain line backed up, back flushed with water, treated with drain solution, vacuum pumped out, system is now draining properly. Customer asked if I could take a quick glance at around the system to see if there was anything that stood out. System cooling and drain well at this time

Found system clogging drain and overflowing pan dumping excessive water into return Need a Coil pull and clean and mesh screening of return to keep out dog hair from getting into system. Changing filters on a regular basis will be needed for proper cooling

Went to go do CFM rating motor is bad. Need to see if it’s under warranty.

Arrived to find drain line clogged Also found extremely plugged 18x18x1 return air filter restricting air flow to air handler causing system to pull water from drain line tripping float switch. Advised client that drain cleaning was necessary and that adding a drain line cleaner tab was highly recommended to both systems in home. Client wanted to only clear and add treatment tab to main system in home. Performed the below task and checked system operation to find now working as designed Task Includes -Installation of condensate in line drain cleaner -drain line clearing CLIENT HAD NO REPLACEMENT FILTERS AND HAD TO LEAVE MAIN FILTER OUT UNTIL NEW WAS BOUGHt

No cooling, found drain line backed up, causing float. Switch to trip. Cleared out water from float and AC came on and is working OK. Drain line was extremely backed up. Thoroughly flushed out drain line and installed drain line cleaner to prevent backups from happening in the future. Cartridges need to be replaced twice a year. Cycled the intestine system, all operations OK at this time.

Arrived to find system operating as designed The operating side is warmer than patent side and air flow needs to be adjusted need installers to return

Arrived to find system set to 73 and was 77 in building Found (2) single phase 5 ton condensers on a 10 ton air handler 3phase. 1 of the 5 ton condenser has a bad compressor and will need replacement but highly recommend system replacement due to cost and age. Also can not install (2) single phase condensers and match it with a 3 phase 10 ton air handler is not code and will not pass inspection. Advised replacement with a matched 10 ton split Daikin system

Indoor blower motor was diagnosed at faulty and replaced under warranty. Uv lightbulb was purchased and installed due to biological growth inside the air handler per recommendation . Indoor and outdoor surge protectors were purchased and installed following recommendations. Client signed up for annual

Task Includes -Reconfiguring of 5 ton zoned duct system -Replacement of (2) main zone dampers and powered transformer -Replacement of both sides of buildings undersized and contaminated supply duct work. -Adding In Duct Air Purification System to keep operational areas sanitary. -Raising condenser in hurricane pad for future services .

Task Includes -Installation of 12k BTU Cooper and Hunter heat pump mini split -Installation of copper Lineset, control wire, and drain piping -Installation of new decorative line set cover -Removal of window unit -Installation of 2 pole 230v breaker and electrical whip to condenser. -New 3/4” plywood for mounting head unit

Looked over job. Sent estimate for cooper and hunter mini split If clients chose to proceed with work we will need to disconnect existing window unit and install 2 pole 230v breaker. Also will be using 3/4” ply wood to mount where window unit was and install head unit in its location . Awaiting for further approval

Walked job Will be starting job April 10th first thing in am Will be starting on the operating side first then doing the patent side. Will need (3) 8x4 supply grills with the rest of the materials for this job.
