Brennan G Today I visited to provide estimates to replace the AC system. I emailed three quotes for a 2.5ton heatpump systems. All 3 quotes include the additional electrical work required with the new system (condenser disconnect and electrical permit ). We also included a duct sanitation. Inspected all air duct in attic to find supply air duct runs are also having biological growth grow throughout them please see attached pics. Client also had concerns that the system would not keep temp during the day. Checked Freon pressures on system to find extremely high head pressures of 380 plus on a mild rainy over cast day. Systems super heat w
