Showed up to system satisfied on temperature 72/72. Customer did not realize fan on setting and I explained to customer how fan on and auto settings worked and how that translates to the system operations. The 3/4 suction piping has been badly damaged by roofers and was no way of knowing this until system was pressurized after new install and removing a lot of spray foam and sealant! In order to fix this kinked pipe we will need to have roofers remove the pitch pocket and evacuate 2 other systems 410 and I believe 210. Then all piping can be redone! System is off line until then

Found indoor unit running condenser not. Low voltage wire to condenser was knocked lose. Reconnected and tested all okay.

Upon arrival found system in off position and fan in on Found standing water in tray under system Turned system to cool to find all operational Tested Freon pressures to find low in r-410a Leak is in evaporator coil and in attached pics you can see oil residue in coil fins. Advised replacement over repairs due to age and cost as last tech that was out did as well before blower motor was installed. Made holly aware I would credit cost of motor towards new system installation. Per hollys instructions I was to add Freon to get tenets in room occupied.

Replaced blower motor/module. Cycled and tested system, all operations OK at this time.

AC system not cooling, found blower motor seized. Need to replace blower motor/module, however, system is 10 years old and recommend replacing due to age and cost of repairs. Need to get pricing on replacement for part during normal business hours. Gave client estimate to replace a system.

Brennan G Today I visited for 205 freezing up. We found the system is low on refrigerant. I discovered the leak on a refrigerant line on the roof. Due to the age and condition of the system repairs are not recommended.
